What is HERCOPLAST?

Hercoplast is a valve that comes from China and has a competitive price for water treatment applications.

LIST OF APPLICATIONS

SWIMMING POOL

our pool and spa valves are engineered to control the direction of water to and from the pool and in and out of equipment for ease of flow.

CHEMICAL INDUSTRY

Chemical treatment of water has varying applications from scale prevention, disinfection, CIP’s etc. In most of these cases the chemical used are highly corrosive, and hazardous and thus require highly resistant and reliable piping solutions.

WHY CHOOSE HERCOPLAST VALVES?

Our HERCOPLAST Valve have some materials :

UPVC

UPVC, also known as Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride, is a low-maintenance building material used. The same material has almost entirely replaced the use of cast iron for plumbing and drainage, being used for waste pipes, drain pipes, guttering and downpipes.

CPVC

CPVC, also known as Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride. This valve to use for the water flow or other liquids as they have easy open and close functionality. CPVC means chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, is a thermoplastic pipe to use to make the different type of equipment such as ball valve. It is one of the grounded materials which is used in making of the valve.

PPH

PPH, also known as Polypropylene Homopolymer. PPH valves are recognised for being long-lasting, rust-resistant, and simple to install. PPH, or polypropylene homopolymer, is a thermoplastic material used to fabricate flanges and free flanges, particularly in the industrial chemical industry and for the management of fluids under pressure at high temperatures (up to 100°).

PVDF

PVDF, also known as Polyvinylidene Fluoride. PVDF or Polyvinylidene Fluoride is a semi-crystalline structured highly inert, tough, and stable thermoplastic fluoropolymer. It has a melting point of 175°C and service temperatures upto 150°C. It boasts overall great properties like excellent chemical resistance, high crystallinity, and good thermal stability, to name a few.
